As you may have heard, given the torrential rain in the days prior to 7 April, we made the difficult decision to postpone the Best till Last Auction. Rather than reschedule the auction we have decided to just to list all 4 home sites in the Best till Last release for sale by private treaty. Given the unique nature of the home sites - 625m2 to 809m2, located in the heart of The Vale, beautiful bushland and escarpment views – we have put a price guide on each home site.
