With a challenging year coming to a close the Vista Park team are keeping things on the positive to finish on a high note. We are all about community engagement at Vista Park, from getting neighbours together at events to some healthy neighbourhood competitions. And there are more coming right around the corner!
There are some great prizes to be won in our annual Gardening Competition which is now on and after some needed rainfall it no doubt has given all the competitors an extra shot of greenery. Get out there this weekend and submit your entry to one of the many categories for your chance to win.
Did you hear Vista Park is getting its own Street Library? And you get to design it for all of the community to admire. Our Street Library Design Competition is also now on which has come about with a collaboration with the Sheargold Foundation who have been proudly inspiring futures for many years, including in the Illawarra.
We are also hopeful of being able to hold another outdoor cinema night and the much loved community Christmas party provided we can overcome the hurdles (and hold it in a COVID safe manner) so stay tuned for further announcements!

Meanwhile down in The Grove, the House That Convoy Built is progressing well with the slab poured and the brick layers getting things off the ground. There has been an outpouring of support from local trades to dedicate their time and materials to this great cause.
