Peter Smith of Niche Building Solutions has been awarded a Master Builders Excellence in Construction Award, with our Coral Vale Childcare Centre being judged the best childcare centre built in NSW this year.
In judging the award consideration was given to the quality of construction, design challenges, use of materials, valuation for money and innovation. The Wongawilli Child Care Centre is now operated by Little Zaks Academy.
Niche Building Solutions was also recognised for their work on Smiths Ln Dairy, which won the ‘Southern Region Award’ for Commercial Heritage Restoration.
