Welcome to the June 2020 update for Vista Park - the first update for Winter!
This month saw us receive approval from Wollongong Council to progress construction of the civil works at The Vale and this means in the coming weeks we’ll see commencement of the drainage and retaining walls along Roy Sheargold Avenue. The Bulk Earthworks on the other hand has continued throughout June - with Stage 1 now approaching completion. The platform for Road 1 has also been constructed and Stage 2 stripping and site preparation have now commenced. It is extremely exciting to see the next stage of the Vista Park community continue to take shape, with the bulk of construction works at Stage 1 on track for completion by the end of the year.
