Development Manager’s Update - May 2021

Welcome to the May 2021 edition for Vista Park!

Practical completion at The Vale Stage 1 was achieved on May the 4th (be with you). Subsequently the subdivision certificate application was lodged with Council for approval on the 14th of May. Also worth noting is that the subdivision plan was lodged at the NSW Land Registry Service back in March for pre-examination, this process allows for early assessment of the subdivision plan and allows registration to occur quickly after Council approves the subdivision certificate. We anticipate registration to occur by early June (subject to authority approvals). Once registration occurs settlement will follow 14 - 21 days later. In the meantime, final touches to the subdivision are occurring on site including brick edging and guard posts for street trees as well as The Vale entry feature to match the existing features for The Ridge and The Grove precincts.

Construction at The Vale Stages 2 & 3 has commenced with sewer reticulation works. We anticipate this scope to take a couple of months before moving on to other components of the project (subject to authority approvals). These two stages will introduce 73 new homesites to our growing community in The Vale.

Over at The Grove Town Houses, roofs have been installed on 5 of the 10 dwellings. The internal works are progressing with windows, doors and wiring being installed. This month also saw the release of Bankbook Terraces, an offering of 9 architecturally designed individual residences with views out over Bankbook Park and up to the beautiful Escarpment. Construction is expected to commence in Q3 of 2021.

At the homestead, the childcare construction continues with installation of windows, doors and roof sheets. The cafe will also start to take shape in the next few months.

That's all for now - see you at the June 2021 Vista Park update!
