In what is sure to be an exciting start to the year for the Vista Park community, The Vale Stage 1 and The Grove Town Houses are scheduled to commence construction in early 2020. The Vale Stage 1 will consist of 33 home sites and associated infrastructure while The Grove Town Houses will consist of 10 double storey homes that seamlessly combine innovative building techniques with an architectural style that will make a fine addition to the ambience of Vista Park.
