Welcome to the November 2020 update for Vista Park!
We are excited to announce that construction on The Grove Town Houses have officially kicked off. Being delivered by MJH Multi, the earthworks have already commenced, and we look forward to bringing you updates as these homes take shape.
As civil works at The Vale Stage 1 passed the halfway mark, kerb and gutter works on the roads continued to see significant progress. With splitter islands expected to be complete in early December and the imminent completion of topsoil works, it is exciting to see the aesthetic appeal of the estate continue to take shape.
These works were supplemented by progress on water mains, drainage lines and electrical works, which will provide essential services to the future residents of The Vale. This month also saw the arrival of about 100 grey colour "vertiblocks" to the site - these will be used to build the large retaining wall along the southern verge of Roy Sheargold Avenue. We'll need quite a few more to complete the job.
As was the case in October, works are well on track to be complete in early 2021 - a very exciting milestone!
