Welcome to the October 2020 update for Vista Park!
The sandstone retaining walls are now complete with stairs to the future childcare centre and cafe currently under construction along the eastern boundary of the homestead. These stairs will provide residents with direct access to the centre once it is up and running. Meanwhile road construction continues to make strides with the commencement of kerb and gutter providing a visual definition of Styles Lane. The sewer underbore across the Robins creek tributary has been completed following an upfront sewer connection into the trunk main. This area will soon be revegetated to its original condition. This progress brings us close to the halfway mark of the project with completion well on schedule early 2021 despite the prolonged period of rain at the end of the month.
