Welcome to the September 2021 update!
Construction is back up and running at Vista Park after a couple of disruptive months. At The Vale Stages 2 and 3, Glennos, our head contractor is progressing with drainage works as more pipes arrives on site from the manufacturer, Humes. Bulk earthworks within the wetland areas are also underway. The Landscape contractor has commenced works within the riparian corridor along the Robins Creek tributary. The riparian corridor will be revegetated with native terrestrial and wetland species using appropriate local provenance species.
At The Grove Townhouses, landscaping works are progressing in the backyards of each dwelling. The builder is working tirelessly to achieve practical completion next month.
Construction at Bankbook Terraces has continued with stormwater drainage works now complete.
The Childcare and Cafe have seen more landscaping progress, including timber and sandstone retaining walls installed and grading of playground areas. The Cafe is moving forward with the frames commencing around the existing dairy shed structure.
