We are so pleased to announce that Vista Park has been selected as a finalist in not one, but two categories of the prestigious UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence 2023!
We submitted our applications in April, and, as you may remember, the judging panel visited Vista Park in May. We are very proud to be recognised as a finalist in both the Residential Subdivision and Regional Development categories. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to excellence in delivering inspiring spaces for the Vista Park community and to the warmth and enthusiasm with which the community has embraced those spaces.
The Residential Subdivision category acknowledges our efforts in low-density residential greenfield development, encompassing a wide range of housing styles, such as single-story, double-story, detached, semi-detached, and small-lot housing, along with the incorporation of private open space. Meanwhile, the Regional Development category celebrates outstanding residential, retail, commercial, and industrial developments in various regions across NSW.
Vista Park was awarded the UDIA NSW Award for Excellence in the Marketing Category back in 2018, and we hope for a similar achievement this time around. Fingers are crossed for some great news when the winners are announced on August 4! Thank you all for helping make Vista Park an inspiring space!
