Welcome to the November 2022 update!
Another month of construction progress brings us to the end of spring and closer to the end of a very busy year. A good run of sunshine over the last few weeks was fully utilised by the delivery team to progress the construction of sewer, stormwater drainage and bulk earthworks. In other news, the Natural Resource Access Regulator (NRAR) has issued the Controlled Activity Approval (CAA) for works within the riparian corridor fronting Stages 4-6. With that approval granted, the delivery team can now fully commence works to install a water quality wetland system and provide access for the revegetation of the creek banks with native plants and trees. It’s full steam ahead from this point on!
Progress on the bulk earthworks continued this month as benching for future retaining walls progressed. The proposed retaining wall is a Tasman masonry block and was produced locally by Baines Concrete. This is consistent with the retaining wall used with Stage 1 lots and provides a natural rock face finish and colours, and purpose-made corner and capping units that ensure a beautifully finished landscape solution. We look forward to providing one last update for 2022 to round out the year.
We look forward to providing you with another update next month. See you then!
