Welcome to the September 2023 update!
With Stage 5 and 6 now well and truly in their final phase, the delivery team has been taking advantage of the continued sunshine to press onward with the finishing touches needed to register the stage 5 and 6. In focus now is executing what is needed to obtain the subdivision certificate, a crucial step towards registration and ultimately - settlement. The development team have been working hard to dot the I's and cross the T’s in preparation for the last stages of this wonderful community to be delivered to the market.
