We are pleased to announce that the DA Modification has now been approved, meaning Council are able to assess and approve the civil construction plans for Stages 4, 5 and 6 at The Vale. As we started the bulk earthworks required for Stages 4, 5 and 6 while waiting for the DA Modification, we already have a good head start.
Now that we have reached that milestone, we are excited (but also a little bit sentimental), to be able to release the final home sites in Stages 4, 5 and 6. If you would like to purchase one of these final home sites, you will need to join the Vista Park Priority List, which has been established to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to purchase a Vista Park home site.
The remaining home sites will be released to those people on the Vista Park Priority List in releases of about 10 home sites at a time over the next few months.
