Prices for home sites in The Vale Stage 1 will be between $380,000 and $470,000.
These fully serviced sites range from 450 sqm to 634 sqm, with all home sites in The Vale benefiting from our $5,000 Streetscape Rebate Program.

The Vale lends its name from the Heritage Listed Coral Vale Homestead (our Sales & Information Centre), which form the source of inspiration for these Design Guidelines. Elements of its Australian Colonial architecture have been woven into these Guidelines to preserve the heritage of the area and to allow for a premium future streetscape.
The individual home site Price List will be released on Wednesday 6th March at 6pm AEDT.
